Refund Policy

Gold Bars and packs are digital content delivered to your account immediately. Once delivered, purchases cannot be withdrawn (see section 3 of the Terms).

When we refund

• A purchase that was charged but not delivered.
• A purchase charged twice by mistake.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund.

Write to (email not set yet) within 14 days with your invoice number. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the Gold Bars and items it delivered are taken back from the account.
