Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FloodCrown ((address not set yet)), which runs FloodCrown. By creating an account or playing, you accept them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; one person per account.

2. Fair play

Play by the Game Rules. We may mute, suspend or close accounts that break them.

3. Purchases and Gold Bars

Gold Bars and packs are digital content delivered to your account at once. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). Gold Bars have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred, except as a gift through the store. Every purchase comes with an invoice. See the Refund Policy.

4. Changes to the game

The game is a service that changes over time. We may change, add or remove features and balance.

5. Liability

We provide the game as it is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer by law.
